Canterlot High School, also referred to as Canterlot High or CHS, is a high school located in the city of Canterlot, Maryland. It serves as the setting of Volumes 1, 2, and 3 of the Equestria Girls series. Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna are in charge of the school, and Longhaul Hoofer served for many years as the head bus driver. The school is also the sight of the main portal from Equestria to the human world, disguised as a horse statue on the front lawn, though how the statue got there remains a mystery. Its nearest rival is Crystal Prep Academy, located in northwestern Canterlot.
